The robust, customizable portals host all of the materials that are a part of the IN.store program, as well as tools to help speed and streamline in-store implementation, including:

  • Category Strategy
  • Category Rankings
  • Last Chance
  • Hot Topics
  • Never Outs®
  • New Item Report
  • New Item Alert Monthly
  • Retail Pricing
  • Product Changes
  • Space-to-Sales Calculator

In addition, each IN.store retailer client can access their individual wholesaler-specific planograms for a rolling 12 months. IN.store logo

HRG’s wholesaler clients are able to modify the data their IN.store retailers’ dashboards display. If store personnel have any questions, they can use the “Talk to Me” feature and an HRG analyst will respond directly within two business days.

HRG introduced IN.store portals to clients in 2023. Based on feedback from retailers, merchandisers, and wholesalers, the portals were designed to make it easier and more convenient to manage department updates every month. With everything easily accessible in the portal, staff will save time and won’t have to keep track of hard copy materials.

All of the tools included in the IN.store program are offered with the intention of helping independent pharmacies maximize profits in their front end. HRG’s category analysts objectively review product performance, trends, and industry data to build profitable IN.store planograms, including customizing them by using top-performing products carried by stores’ wholesalers for fast, easy, and compliant execution.

Colleen Volheim, category research and analysis manager at HRG, said, “The portals are a significant enhancement that will improve ease of use for our clients. We fully understand how precious time is for independent pharmacy staff and the tools we added last year along with the availability of the portals will speed monthly refreshes so they have more time for patient care.”
