November 2, 2023 – HRG earned a 2023 Great Place to Work certification! Based on criteria that quantifies and benchmarks employee experience, certification evaluates workplace culture from the employees’ perspective to gather a picture of the internal health of an organization. Ninety-eight percent
of employees at HRG say it is a great place to work which is well above the average of a typical company at 57%. Additionally,
- 100% of employee respondents agreed that management is honest and ethical in its business practices,
- 100% of employee respondents think the HRG facility contributes to a good working environment,
- 100% of employee respondents believe people avoid politicking and backstabbing as ways to get things done,
- 100% of employee respondents said that management hires people who fit in well, and
- 100% of employee respondents said they believe management would lay people off only as a last resort.
The Great Place to Work certification comes after six straight years of HRG being named a Top Workplace, from 2017-2022.
